Are you looking for a specific type of home?
Perhaps something that's convenient to one of your favorite activities?

Other property types could include Historic homes, Mid-Century Modern homes, Fixers, and Land

How about properties in or near a golf community?

Is a mountain community more to your liking?
The front range foothills offer mountain living, yet they are near enough to Denver to offer urban conveniences.

Next we come to Fixers.  Some of these homes in the Fixer category are true run-down properties that need tons of work.
But others might just need flooring and paint.  The current owner is the one who decides whether to put the Fixer label on the property, and sell it as such.

Or perhaps you would like to take advantage of life in one of the many "age-restricted" 55 plus communities.

Colorado has a rich history that includes gold and silver mining, trapping and trading, and all the activities and infrastructure that was built to support that.
Many of the homes built during that period have been preserved, renovated, and somewhat modernized.
Some might even have Historic Registry designation.

I wish that every Real Estate Agent knew what a Mid-Century Modern home really is.
Many of the homes that are shown in this category have been categorized incorrectly. It is truly an example of GIGO.
With apologies to the true originalists of MCM, please browse through these homes remembering that it's up to the real estate listing agent to enter the correct home type into the MLS, and many real estate agents don't know how to correctly analyze the data prior to entry.

Farm and Ranch properties
OK.  The last entry in this category is land.  Land can be improved or unimproved, buildable or not, might have water available or might not.
Due diligence is really important here.
